Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is not simply a matter of mechanical damage and several risk factors are involved in the manifestation of the OA phenotype. OA-related pain management needs a multidisciplinary approach involving various treatment options including nonpharmacological and pharmacological ones. Due to the low number of high-quality studies related to OA related pain treatment, which conservative or non-conservative procedure should be chosen?
